Our team are experienced in advising the elderly and provide clear and empathetic advice on a wide range of issues such as wills and lasting powers of attorney. We are also able to offer home visits if you wish and can liaise with relevant medical professionals if required.

Leah Chenoweth, head of our wills, trusts and probate department, is  an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, an independent, national organisation of lawyers, who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.
